September 25th Meeting Info

Hi everyone!

Tomorrow we are having our fourth meeting of Generation Jacob, and at this meeting we will be discussing how things will be run at Generation Jacob. So, please come prepared with any ideas you have for how things should be done here. Here’s a little list of some of what we might want to talk about…

• Committee organization—How we will put members into different committees, how committee leaders will be assigned, what exact work will each committee do, etc.
• Decision making—Will we be voting on things, or just discussing until we come up with the best solution? If we are tied in opinions, how will we make the final decision?
• Leadership—How we will choose people to be in leadership positions, how many leaders we will need, etc. (Note: The goal is still for every member to learn to be a leader.)

These are just a few things I thought of, if you have anything else that you think should be discussed, please feel free to share at the meeting! (Also, we are putting the presentation on hold for a bit, in case you’re wondering why this meeting isn’t to wrap that up.)
