October 2025 Update

Hi everyone!

I can’t believe it’s already November, October flew by! We got a lot of work done during October, and I’m excited for what lies in store for us this month.

We had 2 meetings, on Oct. 9th and Oct. 23rd. At the October 9th meeting we went over the Church Presentation’s second draft. It is now in its final draft stage, and we are preparing to bring it to the churches of Cheyenne. At our October 23rd meeting, we came up with many good ideas for the outreach concerts in the Psalm 139 Mission, along with other plans on what we can do to bring hope to suicidal people in Cheyenne.

Apart from the work we got done, we also grew this month! We are still just getting started, so our numbers are small, but we have 2 new members! No matter how many of us are in this mission together, or how few, the LORD is with us! “Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight.” (Leviticus 26:8)

God is teaching us so much through Generation Jacob; it’s so beautiful to see what He is doing in each of us. Hearing our members give their testimonies is so inspiring; it’s so good to hear all that God has done in our lives! For me personally, I can see Him teaching me how to better pray and follow His lead. I’m also realizing more and more how much I need to depend on Him, and how faithful He is to do all that He said! Generation Jacob is His idea, and He is making the way for it to happen. It’s amazing how God lines everything up at just the right time, and in the perfect way. We need only to trust in Him.

Whatever He has in store for us this November, I know that He is in control! Thank you to everyone praying for us! Your prayers are helping to make the goals of Generation Jacob a reality, and encouraging us to not give up.

And thank You Jesus for all that You are doing! Help us to never try to do this without You.

Until next month!

“In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.” ~John 1:4-5
