Hi everyone!
We’ve had the last several weeks off, but we are ready to start up again! It’s crazy that this year is already at its end! I’m excited to see where God will lead us in 2026!
For January, we will be having our first meeting of the year on the 8th, and the second on the 22nd. More info will be coming soon specifically for those meetings.
Also, I wanted to give a quick update about the Christmas Eve outreach event that we were able to be a part of. I don’t know exactly how many people were served that day, but it felt like somewhere between 500–700! It was really neat to be a part of; those of us who went were assigned to be table hosts. We sat at tables with the guests and our job was just to talk to them. Haha, some of us are definitely better at that type of thing than others (others meaning myself, haha) but it was a good experience and helped us get out of our comfort zone! I feel like we really didn’t do that much; but it’s amazing how even the littlest things can mean so much to people in need. Overall, it was a great experience! I’m excited for our own outreaches in the future, and we’re hoping to volunteer with this event again next year!
I pray that this next year the Lord will lead us to the right places, that He will go before us like a pillar of fire. May we follow Him wherever He leads, no matter the cost! He is the Good Shepherd, and even if we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we need not fear, for He is with us. (Psalm 23:4)
