March 2026 Update

Hi everyone!

Sorry it took me awhile to get this update posted!

We were only able to have one meeting last month. Our planned meeting for March 11th was cancelled due to the crazy windstorm that ripped through Cheyenne and the surrounding area! Our rescheduled meeting for the 19th almost got postponed as well, but by God’s grace we were still able to meet!

At our meeting we were able to plan for two outreaches for the John 10 Mission, one of which happened last Saturday, April 11th. We went to the Cheyenne Depot Museum and played and sang worship songs in the open hallway. It was a good experience, and though no one really came up to talk to us, I pray we were a blessing to the Lord. We hope to go back and do it more often, and maybe then people will be comfortable coming over to talk. This outreach gave us the idea to do the same thing at the hospital; stay tuned for more info about that! 🙂

Our second outreach is going to be happening on Monday, April 20th, at the LCCC student lounge. We are going to have a table with information about Generation Jacob, and we hope to establish a presence there by having a table there once a month or so.

With both of these outreaches, we are praying that the LORD will bring the right people to talk to us, that we will be able to connect with them, that they will be ministered to, and the light of the Gospel of Jesus will illuminate their hearts. Please be praying with us for this mission!

Apart from the outreaches, five of us were able to help our local pregnancy care center, LifeChoice, with prepping their bottles for their baby bottle fundraiser, Change for Life. It was fun to see how many bottles we could sort through, organize, clean, and pack in just a couple hours! It was a really nice opportunity.
